Separate Clamp
The VersatileClamp series enables your production process to clamp large plates using a flexible clamping system. The clamping span is not dependent on the clamping device, as the two modules can be positioned independently of one another on the table or perforated plate. These can also be rotated by 30° to facilitate the production of round parts. As they are the same height as the LC series, the VC and LC series can be combined without any modifications.
Flexibility
The well-designed drilling pattern of the two standard base variants covers perforated panels with 40 mm and 50 mm pitch. The modules can be mounted on the panel independently and rotated by 30°. This enables complex clamping arrangements, including those approximating a three-jaw chuck.
Locking
The clamping module features a locking screw to secure it in place. This function allows soft jaws to be precisely adjusted to the workpiece without the need for a locking ring or external fixing.
Compact
The compact clamping unit fits onto any plate or turret to enable large clamping forces. Its low weight makes manual changeovers easier.
