System 3R’s pallet handling system enables the fully automatic changeover of complete clamping units and works seamlessly with Gremotool’s precision clamping devices.
A robotic manipulator picks up prepared pallets or vices and places them in a rack that serves as a storage unit for the clamping units. This automates set-up changes, enables long, minimally staffed running times and ensures optimal utilisation of the machine tool.
The result: high process reliability, maximum flexibility and a significant increase in manufacturing productivity.
