Modular clamping rail system

The RailClamp series is a modular system that is ideally suited to modern manufacturing. Thanks to the simple design of the individual modules, they can be deployed quickly and flexibly for a variety of clamping situations. As a result, even complex workpiece geometries or multiple clamping operations are no longer a problem. The interchangeable jaw inserts can be replaced in no time at all and provide a downward clamping force. The position of the modules can be clearly identified, ensuring that clamping is carried out correctly from the outset during re-tooling or set-up.

Modular

The system is designed so that there are two different lengths of base rail. These can be fitted with four different modules. All modules can be used with the same jaw inserts. This design allows the clamping device to be individually adapted to each workpiece. Multiple clamping set-ups can also be configured in just a few simple steps.


Downward force effect

The jaw inserts have a slight bevel on the back. This ensures that, upon contact with the workpiece, the jaw inserts move downwards until they reach the stop. In doing so, the workpiece is pulled downwards and always rests evenly.


Supplied ready for use

RC gripping jaws are supplied with every fixing and clamping module. This means the module can be used straight out of the box, without the need for any additional materials or jaws for the clamping device.
