Clamping force

The high clamping forces of the LC series can be adjusted via the torque applied to the spindle. This allows plastic workpieces to be clamped securely without deformation, and forged parts to be clamped securely without damaging the clamp.

Centring accuracy

The design of the LC series guarantees the user precise centring of +/- 0.01 mm at the centre of the centre clamp.

Accessibility

The low-profile design of the LC series allows installation on all pallets, towers and pyramids whilst accommodating maximum workpiece sizes. The symmetrical design of the centre clamp minimises protrusions on both sides.

Compact

The compact clamping unit fits into any machine or onto any base plate. Its low weight allows for manual changeovers.

Low-maintenance

Thanks to its enclosed design, chips do not accumulate anywhere within the clamping unit. The spindle remains free of chips, which reduces maintenance to a minimum.

Short set-up times

The LC series can be fitted with various mounting options. The standard Gremotool base is suitable for slotted tables as well as pallet systems. Solutions for perforated plates and clamping tool handling can also be provided.

Extensive range of jaws

The entire Gremotool range of jaws can be used on the LC series. From gripping jaws to soft aluminium jaws, all workpiece clamping requirements are catered for.

The jaws are fitted with the standard Gremotool jaw system. This means you can change the jaws in no time at all.
